The Seyla iPhone app is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That is the agreement that applies when you download or subscribe through the App Store:
The notes below are specific to Seyla. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The product
Seyla helps you plan short speaking cues, record takes, choose one take per beat, and stitch a vertical video on your iPhone. It is not a teleprompter, an AI writer, a captions tool, or a full video editor.
Membership
Recording requires an active membership. There is no free trial. Prices, duration, and auto-renewal are shown by the App Store at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Membership renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore purchases from Seyla Settings if you reinstall or switch devices on the same Apple ID. Deleting your Seyla account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Your content
You own the videos you record. They stay on your device unless you export or share them yourself. We are not a publisher of your videos.
Acceptable use
Do not use Seyla to record or share content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to record, or that violates other people's rights.

getseyla.com describes the app. It does not sell memberships. App Store availability can change.
